My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable and attractively laid out, with plush velvet sofas and a reading chair where I could watch the tiny tropical birds fly by. The service was outstanding, with staff who went the extra mile to provide exceptional care, like finding and sending my lost iPhone via DHL. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with a spacious layout that included a river running through, making it even prettier. The dining experience was just spectacular, offering some of the best choices I've ever had.
My stay at the hotel was truly splendid. The rooms were beautifully decorated and not noisy at all. I had a standard garden view room that overlooked the gardens and the inlet of water from the ocean. The room was spacious with a large four-poster bed adorned with linen drapes, a huge bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, double shower, and even an outside shower area filled with rose petals and candles.
The hotel provided exceptional service with attentive staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and superb dining options. However, some unexpected charges impacted the overall experience.
